Expert movement beta for climbers, runners, and anyone looking to get back to what they love. Specialized care from a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
Start Your IntakeI am a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a strong interest in both orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, particularly with a focus on climbing injuries. I have a passion to get my patients back to doing what they love!
I am a collaborator with The Climbing Doctor, where I help produce rehab and prehab content for the @theclimbingdoctor Instagram community. My work includes a featured article on hypermobility for the Climbing Doctor website and a guest appearance on his podcast, discussing specialized strategies for climbers.
Based in Seattle, I focus on empowering athletes through specific loading protocols and movement education to ensure they don't just recover, but improve.
Outside of physical therapy, I am an avid trail runner, climber, soccer player, cyclist, snowboarder, traveler, backpacker, and enjoy all things outdoors.

Customizable Monthly SupportStandard physical therapy often lacks the sport-specific knowledge required for high-level athletes. At Pulse Physical Therapy, we speak the language of the "project." Whether you are navigating a pulley strain on a boulder or shin splints on a trail, we use evidence-based loading protocols designed specifically for the demands of your sport.
Pulse Physical Therapy is an out-of-network provider and does not accept insurance. We welcome clients to pay with: Credit, debit, Venmo, and Zelle.
Clients will be offered an itemized receipt of their session (a superbill) that they may submit to their insurance company for reimbursement if they have out-of-network benefits.
Wear what you do your sport in! For climbers, athletic clothing that allows full range of motion is best. If we are meeting in-person, feel free to bring your climbing shoes.
We start with a deep dive into your injury history and specific athletic goals. From there, we perform a comprehensive movement assessment and sport-specific strength testing. By the end of the hour, you’ll have a clear understanding of the "crux" of your issue and a personalized roadmap to get back to full performance.
Follow-up sessions focus on the "beta" of your recovery. We refine your loading protocols, assess progress through performance metrics, and adjust your plan as you return to higher-intensity activities. These are active sessions designed to ensure long-term resilience, not just a quick fix.
No! While bouldering is a specialty, we work with all individuals looking to improve their movement—regardless of whether you run ultramarathons or do underwater basket weaving!
